The Daffodil Family announced the launch of its state-of-the-art OMNI Channel Contact Center – the Daffodil Response Center (DRC), under the concern of Daffodil Online Limited (DOL) on Wednesday (Jul 3). The new center can be reached via the short code hotline number 16602.
Group CEO Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman officially opened the Contact Center on Jul 1, 2024. Dr. Md Nadir Bin Ali, Registrar, Daffodil International University, Jafar Ahmed Patwary, General Manager, Daffodil Computers Limited and other high officials from Daffodil Family concerns, guests and employees were present at the opening ceremony.
As an integral part of the Daffodil Family, the DRC is committed to support each of the Daffodil's concerns by enhancing customer interactions and facilitating effective communication. Initially, the DRC will provide essential information to customers of the Daffodil Family.
The DRC, operating as a department under DOL, has already applied for a Call Center and BPO license at BTRC to expand its operations in both domestic and international BPO markets.
