The first look of Dhallywood megastar Shakib Khan-starrer upcoming film ‘Borbaad’ has been out. The first look motion poster of the film was unveiled at a star-studded event held at a hotel in the capital on Wednesday (Dec 18).
Shakib is seen with an intense look in the motion poster with a bloody face and a revolver in a hand. The poster gives the vibe of a high-octane action-violence movie.
Kolkata actor Idhika Paul will be seen opposite the Dhallywood superstars in the Mehedi Hassan Hridoy-directed film. This will also be Hridoy’s directorial debut.
It was learnt that, most of the shooting of ‘Borbaad’ was held outside the country. The fighting scenes of the movie are directed by the popular stunt director of Bollywood and Telugu Ravi Varma.
Besides Shakib Khan, the film also stars Misha Sawdagar, Indian actors Jishu Sengupta, Manav Sachdev and others. It was also a buzz that popular Tollywood actress Nusrat Jahan would be seen in a dance number in the film.
‘Borbaad’ is scheduled to be released on Eid-ul-Fitr 2025.
