The government has prohibited plying of motorcycle on the Padma Bridge in view of the accidents. The Bridges Division issued an order in this regard Sunday afternoon.
Press Information Department (PID) of the government relayed the order to be disseminated by the print and electronic media.
In its order, Bridges Division said the ban on motorcycle will come into effect from 6 a.m. of Jun 27. The ban will be effective till further order, it added.
