The most anticipated Dhallywood movie ‘Golui’ has got clearance from Bangladesh Censor Board without any cuts. As a result, there is no obstacle to release the movie in theaters.
And this is probably the first movie in the history of Shakib Khan, which quickly went from shooting to release. In just three months, S A Haque Alik produced the film ‘Golui’. The producer confirmed the news on Tuesday (Dec 28).
The release date of the film has not been fixed yet.
This is the first grant movie starring Shakib Khan. Actress Puja Cherry has acted opposite King Khan.
The film is based on the traditional boat race of rural Bangla and the life of the people of a vast village. The shooting took place in Madarganj Upazila of Jamalpur District.
Azizul Hakim, Samu Chowdhury, Jhuna Chowdhury are also starred in the film.
Khorshed Alam Khasru is the co-producer of the government-funded film.
