Bangladesh on Sunday (Jul 18) recorded 225 deaths from Covid-19 in the last 24 hours raising the number of total fatalities to 17,894.
Besides, 11,578 people have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of coronavirus cases in the country to 11,03,989.
The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) disclosed the update of the country’s coronavirus situation issuing a press release on Sunday (Jul 18) afternoon.
Bangladesh reported its first coronavirus case on Mar 8 in last year while first death on Mar 18 in that year.
