28th AGM of aamra technologies held

The 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of aamra technologies limited (ATL) was held on Thursday (Dec 21) at Gulshan. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Company Syed Faruque Ahmed.

Syed Farhad Ahmed, Managing Director of the Company presented the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2017 before the shareholders. "We are working alongside our customers and partners to craft and design solutions which shall enable them to sustain and thrive in their businesses. As we aim to balance the strategic and operational needs of the Company, we are also committed to enhancing shareholder return. We have made every effort to maintain our commitment to the highest quality standards in our services and products," said Syed Farhad Ahmed to all the shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting re-elected Syed Faruque Ahmed and Syed Farhad Ahmed as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company respectively as per company's Articles of association.

aamra technologies limited (ATL) has declared 10% cash dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2017.

Both the Chairman and the Managing Director took the opportunity to thank the valued shareholders, stakeholders, Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory authorities, for their cooperation and contribution rendered in conducting the operation of the company. The Board also expresses its appreciation for the hard work, dedication and earnest efforts of all its employees in achieving the success during the year 2017.

The Company Directors Syeda Munia Ahmed, Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Khundkar Mahmudul Hasan FCA, Group Chief Financial Officer Zahrul Syed Bakht and Company Secretary Md. Anamul Haque, were also present in the meeting.
