The country’s leading computer company Daffodil Computers Ltd held its 23rd Annual General Meeting for the year 2019-2020 on Dec 24 by digital platform.
Ms. Shahana Khan, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting while Md. Sabur Khan, Managing Director of the company placed the agenda.
Annual Audited Accounts, Director’s report, 08% cash dividend was approved by the shareholder unanimously.
