Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) declared 32% cash dividend to its shareholders for the year 2016-2017 at the 32nd Annual General Meeting held at Fuzi Trade Centre in the capital’s Badda on Thursday (Dec 14), said a press release.
Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, MA Mannan, Independent Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, Chowdhury Kamruzzamna Kamal, Marketing Director and Muhammad Aminur Rahman Company Secretary attended the general meeting.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the Company and with a vote of thanks to the Chair.
