NOVOAIR won the Best Domestic Airline and Best Customer Friendly airline category at the "Monitor Airline of the Year 2019" event held at a five star hotel in the capital on Friday. Mofizur Rahman, Managing director of NOVOAIR, received the award for
“Domestic Airline of the Year 2019” from Qatar Ambassador to Bangladesh, Mr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Dehimi. NOVOAIR also was awarded with Silver trophy for on time performance and Bronze for inflight service.
The award was awarded based on the online survey of regular passengers organized by the prominent Travel and Tourism publication “The Bangladesh Monitor”.
