Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32% cash dividend for shareholders for the year 2018-2019 at the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at Premier Plaza in the capital’s Badda on Saturday.
Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman, Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Md. Abdus Salam FCA, Independent Director, Mohammad Yeamin, Chief Financial Officer, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director (Marketing), Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Kazi Abdur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholder’s of the company attended the AGM.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
