Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Md Asaduzzaman Mia has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Security Affairs Cell under the Cabinet Division on contract basis for three years. Contract and Foreign Recruitment Branch of the Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday (Sep 3), local media reported.
The tenure of his appointment will be three years from Sep 14 or from the date of his joining the office.
Asaduzzaman Mia is now performing his duty as the DMP commissioner as he was reappointed to the same post on a contractual basis on Aug 14, 2019 for a month.
