Bangladesh Krishi Bank has opened its new branch at Golar Bazar of Noria Upazila of Shariyatpur on Tuesday (Jun 25).
Deputy Minister for Water Resources Enamul Haque Shamim, MP, inaugurated the branch which is 19th branch of the Krishi Bank in the district and 1037th of the country.
Chairman of the bank Mohammad Ismail, Managing Director Ali Hossain Pradhania attended the function as special guests.
General Manager of Faridpur division of the bank Moktar Hossain presided over the function while acting deputy commissioner of Shariyatpur Md. Mamun-ul-Hasan, additional police super Md. Quamrul Hasan and senior assistant secretary of the Finance Division Siddiqur Rahman, spoke, among others, local media reported.
