The own transport pool of Bangladesh University (BU), one of the private universities in Bangladesh, started its journey through official inauguration on Sunday (May 12). Director Quazi Taif Sadat inaugurated the BU transport pool in an unostentatious program at the campus. One bus is added to the transport pool in the second phase. The bus having 32 seats has totally been financed from the University’s fund.
During inauguration the speakers said that with the addition of the new bus to the pool, students, teachers, staffs all will be benefitted from right now. The standard of transportation of BU will also be stepped into a new height, they added. The speakers advise all concerned to be sincere for the maintenance of the newly procured bus.
Among others, BU treasurer Kamrul Hasan, Registrar Big. Gen. Md. Mahabubul Haque (Retd.), Heads of the departments, teachers, officers and staffs and students were present in the inaugural program.
