Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina returned home from London this morning concluding her 10-day official visit to the United Kingdom. A VVIP flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying the PM and her entourage members landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 9:55 a.m., local media reported.
The flight took off from Heathrow International Airport in London for Dhaka at 6:35 p.m. (local time) on Friday.
Bangladesh High Commissioner to the UK Saida Muna Tasneem was present to see the PM off at the airport.
The premier went to London on May 1.
Earlier on Thursday, Hasina attended a view-exchange meeting organised by the United Kingdom (UK) chapter of Bangladesh Awami League and its associate bodies at Taj Hotel in London.
