Amari Dhaka will offer feasts featuring exclusive examples of delicious Iftar & Sehri specials at Amaya Food Gallery, Cascade, all banquet halls throughout the holy month of Ramadan. The dishes are meticulously selected and prepared considering the long fasting days so that they provide ample nutrition during Iftar and dinner while preserving mouth-watering taste.

In Amaya Food Gallery, there are a collection of fresh seasonal juices with the princely classic almond milk. An exclusive collection of dates & nuts surrounds three different minor stations: Cold station for seasonal fresh cuts, shwarma station for Arabic chicken shwarma wtih condiments and carving station for Lamb Quzi on Arabic khabsa rice.

The hot area will feature traditionals such as mutton haleem, fried gram, chicken tengri kebab and much more. Arabic and Thai hot specialties such as Samak Tagine and Phad Thai Prawn will also be available among other contemporary dishes.

Next comes the main food stations with Arabic hot food featuring Couscous with Chicken & Vegetable stew and Lebanese Musaka among other attractions. Then there is the Thai station bringing more prominent Phad Thai Prawn, Dried Fish Curry & Spicy Egg Plant in the equation. The Japanese station will feature live Sushi and Sashimi while the Chinese station will have Honey Chicken, Szechuan Fish among others. 

Last but not least, the Indian station will have regulars such a Kebabs and there will also be six special dishes highlights of which are Mughlai Shahi Mutton Korma and Pomfret Masala. All stations will contain huge variety of delicacies to choose from.

To finish off, one must try the delightful range of pastries at the Pastry Corner featuring Turkish Buklava, Turumba, Reshmi Jalebi and a fine collection of assorted French pastries. Additionally, the icing on the cake is the delicious faluda with kulfi ice-cream guaranteed to leave you craving for more.
