Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has donated Tk 35 lakh to former president of the Bangladesh Film Artiste' Association Ahmed Sharif for treatment of the actor and his wife.
Ahmed Sharif on Thursday (Apr 18) received the donation cheque from the PM at her office.
The actor expressed his gratitude to the PM on behalf of his family for the donation, local media reported.
