Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited has inaugurated a special campaign on Financial Inclusion with the slogan 'Financial Inclusion: Small Savings and Accelerated Development'. Managing Director and CEO of the bank Md Mahbub ul Alam inaugurated the campaign as chief guest on Monday (Feb 4).
General Manager of Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank Md Abul Bashar addressed the program as chief discussant. AHM Rafiqul Islam, Joint Director of Bangladesh Bank, attended the function as special guest. Presided over by Mohammed Monirul Moula, Additional Managing Director of the bank, Abu Reza Md Yeahia, Deputy Managing Director addressed welcome speech on the occasion.
Taher Ahmed Chowdhury, Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Hasne Alam, Deputy Managing Directors of the bank also addressed the program. Head office executives and heads of different branches of the bank were present on the occasion.
The campaign will continue from Feb 4 to Mar 14, 2019 with a view to bring students, farmers, laborers, small traders, expatriates, and people of all class and profession under banking service.
