On this occasion, the airline announced 10% discount for frequent flyer program-SMILES members. The tickets could be purchased from any NOVOAIR counter between Jan 9 to 31, 2019 and valid till Dec 31, 2019.
NOVOAIR introduced “SMILES” frequent flyer program for its valuable customers for the first time in Bangladesh.

Currently, NOVOAIR operates daily flights from Dhaka to Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Jashore, Sylhet, Saidpur, Barishal, Rajshahi and Kolkata with six ATR 72-500 aircraft.
