Bangladesh Awami League has allocated its ‘Boat’ symbol to the aspirants in 272 constituencies including 14 contestants from 14-party alliance.
In two constituencies, Jatiya Party’s (Ershad) candidates will seek votes with ‘bicycle’ symbol.
All other candidates of the Mohajote will run with ‘plough’ symbol in 26 seats.
Awami League confirmed the decision to the Election Commission on Sunday (Dec 9), the last day of withdrawing candidacy, local media reports said.
Voting of 11th parliamentary elections is scheduled to hold in total 300 constituencies on Dec 30.
