ERA-InfoTech Ltd recently held its fifth idea sharing, seminar and open discussion meeting titled 'ERA-Tech Talk'. The theme of this session was 'Entrepreneurship'. Imtiaz Ilahi, Managing Director of GraphicPeople was present as the chief guest at the pregrame. The program was chaired by Tauhidul Haque, Chief Technical Officer, ERA-InfoTech Ltd.
On the occasion, Tawfiq Mohammad Abdus Sattar, Manager (Software) ERA-InfoTech Ltd., conducted a workshop on "Leadership". Participants in the workshop have acquired leadership qualities and theoretical and practical knowledge of application in their workplace.
ERA-InfoTech's staffs were trained through various case studies and taught how to become successful with leadership qualities.
In the speech of the open session, Imtiaz Ilahi, Managing Director of GraphicPeople, said that everything cannot be acquired by pedagogy. For the career improvement, the current time should be given priority. There are plenty of IT and IT-enabled Services in our country and we are exporting it abroad. He also said that in addition to joining the work-oriented and technically relevant subjects in our country's education system, the students will have to be skilled in these issues."
Later, he answered the questions of the staffs.
Among others, ERA-InfoTech Ltd.'s Senior Assistant General Manager Mr. Anwar Hossain, Assistant General Manager A S M Nurun Nabi and other senior officials of the company were present on the occasion.
The program ended after a cultural show.
