The admission test for the first year honors courses of Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET) under the academic session 2017-18 will be held on Nov 1, said a press release on Sunday (Oct 29).
With CUET Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Mohammad Rafiqul Alam in the chair, a meeting was held at the Institution of Engineers Bangladesh (IEB), Chittagong.
In the meeting, CUET VC sought all-out cooperation from the representatives of all government and non-government agencies to hold the admission test in a peaceful manner, the release added.
CUET Registrar (additional charge) Professor Dr Faruque-Uz-Zaman Chowdhury, Students Welfare Director Professor Dr Mohammed Moshiul Hoque and Chief Engineer of Chittagong Development Corporation (CDA) Md Jashim Uddin Chowdhury were present at the meeting, among others.
