The Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) on Thursday (Dec 26) announced that its Metro Circle and District Circle offices will now remain open on Saturdays to enhance customer service. The decision, effective immediately, was outlined in an official order issued on Thursday (Dec 26).
According to the directive, this initiative aims to provide uninterrupted services to the public, addressing the difficulties many face in accessing BRTA services during regular workdays.
The Saturday operations will continue until further notice.
