South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank PLC has stuck a partnership agreement with Banglalink to avail enterprise ICT solutions. A media release on Sunday (Dec 1) said that Banglalink will provide SMS and voice connections (corporate connectivity) to the SBAC Bank to expand their customer marketing services and reach new customers.
Rubaiyat A Tanzeen, Enterprise Business Director of Banglalink, said, "As a digital operator, we are committed to empowering our enterprise customers with tools to streamline their business operations."
He added that Banglalink's extensive range of ICT solutions, enabling them to serve more customers effectively with their banking products and services.
SBAC Bank Executive Vice-President Mohammed Shafiul Azam said that this partnership marks a significant step towards increasing collaboration between digital ecosystem partners and the banking sector. "We hope to elevate our customer service with the help of the best-in-class ICT solutions provided by Banglalink," he added.
