A three-day international travel and tourism fair will start on Apr 19 in Dhaka with the support of national flag carrier Biman Bangladesh Airlines. Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB) is going to organize the "Biman Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair 2018" at Bangabandhu International Convention Centre (BICC), local media reports said on Tuesday (Apr 3).
In this regard, a memorandum of understanding for title sponsorship was signed on Tuesday between Biman and TOAB at Biman Head Office "Balaka" in the capital, according to a press release. Director Marketing and Sales of Biman Bangladesh Airlines M Ali Ahsan Babu and Director (Trade & Fair) of TOAB Md Taslim Amin Shovon signed the MoU.
National tourism organizations of different countries, airlines, tour operators, hotels, resorts, financial institutions and others involved in the travel and tourism sector will showcase their products and services at 180 stalls and 11 pavilions during the fair.
