DIIT student invents App Bazardar

Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil family addressing as the chief guest at the grand launching program of "Bazardar" a sophisticated App developed by Md. Ibrahim Mollah, a talented student of DIIT.

Md. Ibrahim Mollah, a talented student of the country’s renowned IT educational institute, Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT), under Daffodil Education Network, has developed a sophisticated App named "Bazardar" to ensure the accuracy of market prices, which is a significant step in ensuring market price accuracy. This App will also act as a breakthrough in breaking market syndicates.

The App was officially launched on Wednesday (Sep 18), in 71 Auditorium of Daffodil Tower at Dhanmondi in the capital. Dr. Mohammad Nuruzzaman, Chief Executive Officer of Daffodil family was present as the chief guest at the launching program. Presided over by Professor Dr. Sakhawat Hossain, Principal of DIIT, the program was also addressed by Md. Imran Hossain, Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department, Omar Faruk, Head, MBA Program and Laksman Chandra Robi Das, Head of BBA Program of DIIT. Md Ibrahim Molla, the inventor of the App highlighted the significant features through a demonstration. Ibrahim Molla is interested to provide the App to Bangladesh government free of cost.

Key features of "Bazardar"
The "Bazardar" App is not only able to inform customers about the correct market price, but it will also play an important role in ensuring the correct price by breaking market syndicates. If any seller at the market asks for additional prices, the customer can easily see the price range set by the government. This will help ensure correct pricing to users and protect against overcharging.

The App will provides district-wise accurate price lists of food items, which can generally be rolled out nationwide. The contact number assigned by the central authority for each district will be displayed. That is, if any shopkeeper demands excessive price, the customer can easily contact the concerned district authority instantly. District wise food price information can be collected through this App. Internet connection can work through the previous data load, so it is especially useful for customers, operated independently.

The App is designed easily that helps users to find information quickly. It is clean and well organized too, which is easy to understand even for new users. It is third party-free, independent and It provides free service to users. By providing universal access, previous data can be accessed without internet connection.
