The authorities of US-Bangla Airlines on Wednesday suspended its flight operations between Dhaka and Kathmandu. The suspension came into effect Wednesday (Mar 14), said Kamrul Islam, General Manager (Marketing Support and PR) of US-Bangla Airlines.
The decision came following the tragic crash of a US-Bangla aircraft at Tribhuvan International Airport in the capital of Himalayan country Nepal on Monday (Mar 12) that killed at least 49 people, including 26 Bangladeshi nationals, local media reports said.
