Novoair gets another aircraft

Novoair, one of the leading private airlines in Bangladesh, on Monday (Jan 29) added one more aircraft to its fleet, taking the number of its passenger planes to five. The 68-seater ATR 72-500 aircraft landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in presence of Fayzur Rahman MP, Chairman of the carrier, Mofizur Rahman, Managing Director, and Feroz Alam, Deputy Managing director, according to a press release.

Currently, Novoair operates flights to Chittagong, Cox's Bazar, Jessore, Sylhet, Saidpur, and Kolkata.

The airline plans to increase the number of flights on domestic routes with the new aircraft. Novoair started its operations in January 2013 and has already become a preferred passenger airline.
