aamra networks limited (ANL) held its 16th Annual General Meeting on Thursday (Dec 21) at Gulshan. Chairman of the Company Syed Faruque Ahmed presided over the meeting.
The Annual General Meeting re-elected Syed Farhad Ahmed and Syeda Munia Ahmed as the Managing Director and Director of the company respectively as per company's Articles of association.
aamra networks limited (ANL) has declared 10% cash dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2017.
Syed Farhad Ahmed, Managing Director of the Company, in his welcome address, highlighted the company's operational performance in fiscal year 2017. "ICT industry of Bangladesh has seen a steady growth during 2016-2017 financial years. The revenue growth of ANL has been steady and satisfactory. We have also devoted ourselves to reach excellence in terms of service which has led to a synergistic relationship with our partners. We are religiously working to enhance and enrich our service offering to clients, integrating the latest technologies in our portfolio," said Syed Farhad Ahmed to all the shareholders.
Managing Director of aamra networks limited appreciated all the shareholders and stakeholders for their continuous support and cooperation to make further penetration in the market and capitalize on our existing market reputation. He thanked the shareholders for their constructive suggestions for ANL's earnings, capacity and goodwill.
The Company Directors Syeda Munia Ahmed, Fahmida Ahmed, Independent Director Mahbub Mustafizur Rahman, Company Secretary AKM Quamruzzaman, Group Chief Financial Officer Zahrul Syed Bakht and Chief Financial Officer Md. Anamul Haque were also present in the meeting.
