For the occasion of Diwali on Oct 19, the Indian subset at Amari Dhaka will offer exclusive Indian cuisines throughout Diwali, said a press release on Wednesday (Oct 11).
First, there is Bihari Shikh Kabab – the deliciously cooked chunks of lamb that melts in your mouth followed by Special Chicken Tandoori which is cooked with much diligence to offer the classic tandoori taste.
Then there is Prawn Hariyali, where the prawn is cooked with lemon and an assorted range of spices giving it a delicious taste for anyone to appreciate.
The Fish Malai Kabab is also another addition to the sea-food section of the menu that complements with its mild yet generous taste.
