Fog disrupts flight operations at HSIA

Heavy fog disrupted flight operations for a few hours at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Wednesday (Nov 29) morning. Several aircrafts arriving in Dhaka were flying in the sky but failed to land. Similarly, low visibility disrupted departure of the outgoing flights.

It was learnt that flight operations (arrival and departure) have been suspended since 6:30 a.m. The operations will be resumed after the weather becomes sunny.

For Dhaka, Met office forecasted maximum temperature at 28 degrees and minimum at 17.3 degrees, from 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
