Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved 32% cash dividend for shareholders for the year 2017-2018 at the 33th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held at Fuzi Trade Centre in the capital’s Badda on Thursday.
Eleash Mridha, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, MA Mannan, Independent Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chief Financial Officer, Chowdhury Kamruzzamna, Marketing Director and Muhammad Aminur Rahman, Company Secretary and shareholder’s attended the AGM.
Shareholders thanked the management for achievements of the Company over the years and made valuable suggestions for improvement in running the business in the upcoming years.
The AGM ended by seeking continued support of the investors of the company and with a vote of thanks to the chair.
