PM invites Jatiyo Oikyo Front for talks

Prime Minister also Bangladesh Awami League President Sheikh Hasina has invited the leaders of Jatiyo Oikyo Front for holding a dialogue at Ganabhaban on Thursday (Nov 1).

A team of Awami League went to Jatiyo Oikyo Front frontman also Gono Forum President Dr Kamal Hossain’s residence in Dhaka on Tuesday (Oct 30) morning. They formally handed over an invitation letter to him.

Awami League Office Secretary Abdus Sobhan Golap, who was in the team, confirmed the matter to media.

Oikyo Front will set their team at a meeting later in the day, to attend the talks with the PM.

The recently formed political alliance on Sunday (Oct 28) sent a letter to PM Sheikh Hasina placing a 7-point demand and a set of 11-objective, and calling for a dialogue.

Jatiyo Oikyo Front is a recently formed political alliance led by Dr Kamal Hossain, ahead of the 11th national polls of Bangladesh.
