The authorities of Dhaka University have decided to retake the admission test of "Gha" unit for the qualifiers over allegations of the question paper leaks.
Following a DU Dean committee meeting, the university authority took the decision on Tuesday (Oct 23).
More than 18,500 qualifiers will sit for the test. The schedule of the test will be announced on Oct 24.
The entry test for ‘Gha’ unit of DU for the academic session 2018-19 was held on Oct 12. Following the exam, allegations surfaced over question paper leak.
The entry test result was published on Oct 16.
On Oct 18, a Supreme Court lawyer served a legal notice to DU authority seeking cancellation of the ‘Gha’ unit admission test result, local media reports said.
