Liverpool F.C. forward, Mohammed Salah, set two new goal scoring records as the English Premier League (EPL) season ended on Sunday (May 13). The Egyptian scored his 32nd Premier League goal of the season, the highest ever in a 38-match season in the league. He also became the first player to score against 17 league teams in the same Premier League season.

The Egyptian on Sunday scored one of Liverpool’s four goals to defeat Brighton and Hove Albion F. C. 4-0.

In other matches, Kelechi Iheanacho scored a great goal in a high scoring encounter as Leicester lost 4-5 to their host, Tottenham Hotspur.

Chelsea finally lost out of the Champions League race as they were defeated at home 3-0 by Newcastle United.

Manchester United, already confirmed their second position, but still won 1-0 at home to Watford.

Also, champions Manchester City ensured they secured 100 points, first time ever in the EPL, with a 1-0 away win at Southampton.
