RFL introduces public awareness campaign

RFL, one of the leading conglomerate, introduces a public awareness campaign in the month of Independence titled ‘Desh Amar, Dosh Amar’. The information about the program was disclosed at a press conference held at Fuzi Trade Center in the capital’s Badda on Sunday (Mar 25).

Addressing the press conference, RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL, said, “We do many things habitually which put negative impact in our daily life. Many people park vehicles illegally on the roads while passengers bus take and drop passengers in the middle of the road which create traffic jam. We also see wastages are not dropped in the particular place. For the reason, we are not able to keep our beloved city neat and clean. We blame the concern service providing organizations for the problems. But we completely forget that we are responsible for the situation. So public awareness can help us to solve those problems.”

He also said “it is needed to change our habit to change the country. If we all discharge our duties bestowed upon us properly and then the country will move forward and the image of Bangladesh will be enhanced in the global arena.”

As part of the program, awareness messages will be broadcast in social and mass media, leaflet distribution in public spots and open concert will be organized at Rabindra Sarobar. Moreover, dustbin will be installed in school, college, bus terminals and other public spots sponsored by RFL where currently there is no dustbin available.

The program has been started from Mar 20 and will continue till Apr 7.

SM Arafatur Rahman, Head of Marketing of RFL Plastics Ltd, Shariful Islam, Senior Brand Manager of RFL, Azim Hossain, Head of Digital Media of PRAN-RFL Group, among others, were also present at the program.
