Swift Toilet Cleaner, Glitter Dish Wash, Glass Cleaner and Ray Detergent Powder, the toiletries products made in Bangladesh, are now available in India, Bhutan and Nepal. The export of the products have been increased in the three countries as there are demands of toiletries products, said a press release on Wednesday (Jan 31).
"This month, we have started exporting our toiletries products in Mizoram, Manipur and Meghalaya of India. We started our journey in India in August last year through exporting Swift, Glitter, Ray branded toiletries products to Tripura, Assam and Meghalaya. Our target is to spread toiletries products across India in phases," said Kamruzzaman Kamal, Director (Marketing) of PRAN-RFL Group.
He also added, "We have also taken initiative to export the toiletries products to some other countries. People of Oman, United Arab Emirates, Saudi-Arabia, Qatar and some African countries will get the products soon."
Ruhul F Talukder, General Manager of Sun Basics Chemicals Limited said, "The demand of our toiletries products is increasing day by day in Bangladesh as we manufacture quality products at a competitive price. Last year, our production capacity was 3000 tons per month while it is now go up to 12 thousand tons."
He further added, "We are going to introduce beauty soap, shampoo, body wash and lotion in the market soon. We hope, it will get popularity among the customers."
Sun Basics Chemicals Limited is now producing toilet cleaner, laundry soap, detergent, dish wash, glass cleaner, hand wash, coconut oil, petroleum jelly, mehdi and nail polish at its own factory in Habiganj Industrial Park, the release added.
